Notice Of Budget Committee Meeting

NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the Yamhill Communications Agency (YCOM), to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027, will be held on Tuesday, May 12, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. The Budget Committee meeting will take place at Rm 32 of the Yamhill County Courthouse (535 NE 5^Th St., McMinnville) and virtually via Zoom: https://us06web.zoom.us/j/81811498222?pwd=uhu4t9VhlmhxMaXh8WgaDSaRJfiEpN.1  (Webinar ID: 818 1149 8222/Passcode: 969223). The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and to receive comment from the public on the budget. Anyone wishing to submit public comment for deliberation of the proposed programs may attend the meeting on May 12^th or may submit comments in writing (email at sheriff@yamhillcounty.gov or mail 535 NE 5^th St., McMinnville, OR 97128).  Written comments must be received by 5:00 p.m. on May 11, 2026, to be added to the record.  A copy of the budget document may be inspected or obtained on or after May 8, 2026 at the Yamhill County Sheriff’s Office 535 NE Fifth Street, McMinnville, OR 97128, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
